4432 - EMPLOYEE SICK LEAVE
Any employee absent from duty because of personal illness shall be paid his/her full salary for the period of such absence provided the employee has accrued sick leave at the maximum of twelve (12) per year for full time twelve (12) month employees, 120 days maximum. Employees that are less than full time will be prorated.
Employees who retire at age fifty-five (55) or older, with at least fifteen (15) years of service shall be paid as follows for each day of accumulated sick leave.
