0162 - QUORUM

Five (5) members present at a meeting shall constitute a quorum when no Board vacancies exist; whenever the Board has one (1) or more vacancies, the quorum during that time shall be a majority of the members on the Board.  No Board business shall be conducted in the absence of a quorum.
