0161 - PARLIAMENTARY AUTHORITY
The parliamentary procedure governing the Board for the orderly conduct of meetings may be Robert's Rules of Order, Newly Revised, as defined in Chapter XVI, "Boards and Committees" (including such procedural flexibility allowed in Section 49 of Robert's: "Procedure in Small Boards") in all cases in which it is not inconsistent with statute, administrative code, these bylaws, or the rules of order of this Board.
Any failure to comply with the above procedural protocols will not affect the validity of any substantive action taken by the Board within its legal authority.
