The Board of Education shall consist of nine (9) members.

In compliance with the annual meeting resolution adopted July 14, 1958, Board member representation shall be apportioned as follows:

1. Three (3) members from the City of Barron
2. One (1) member from the Almena Area
3. One (1) member from the Dallas Area
4. One (1) member from the Hillsdale Area
5. One (1) member from the Ridgeland Area
6. Two (2) members from the District at large
