0154 - MOTIONS
The Board shall, at the organizational meeting:
designate a day, place, and time for regular meetings which shall be held at least once every month;
adopt existing bylaws and policies for its own operation and for operations conducted through the Corporation;
elect individual Board members to any necessary committees or as representatives to various organizations;
appoint a legal counsel;
appoint a Board member as legislative liaison to the Indiana School Boards Association.
